KANSAS CITY, Mo. (October 2, 2020) – UPDATE: PopMinded by Hallmark will be participating in the online replacement for New York Comic Con, Metaverse, taking place October 8-11. You can find the exhibitor page in the virtual exhibit hall with links to exclusives, as well as core product lines from Star Wars, Harry Potter, DC Comics, Marvel, Star Trek and many more.
As promised, this year’s event exclusives, first sold at Comic-Con@home and later at the first installment of Metaverse, the remainder of the allotment of exclusives will be available during this October Metaverse event beginning on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 11AM CDT.
In addition to the five 2020 event exclusives, Hallmark has a small amount of the 2019 event exclusive Harry Potter™ Sybill Trelawney™ itty bittys® that will be available for purchase.

(July 10, 2020) – UPDATE: In light of recent cancellations of conventions due to COVID-19, PopMinded will now be offering the exclusives online July 22-26 at the Comic-Con@Home virtual event, planned in place of Comic-Con® International: San Diego, as well as October 8-11 either online or in person during New York Comic Con. A small allotment still will be made available for current Keepsake Ornament Club members only.
Due to schedule changes for the Official Star Trek Convention Las Vegas, PopMinded will no longer be attending. The Star Trek exclusive ornament will no longer be made available at this event.

(February 26, 2020) — PopMinded by Hallmark has announced this year’s new limited quantities of products and collectibles developed exclusively for fan events, some of which will start selling March 12 at Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle, Wa. March 20 at Planet Comic Con in Kansas City, Mo.
PopMinded, which debuted in 2016, is Hallmark’s way to celebrate fandom with gifts and collectibles created and curated with all fans in mind. PopMinded continues and expands on Hallmark’s decade-long tradition of providing event attendees access to Hallmark’s ever popular event exclusive products available only through convention pop-up stores.

Imperial Probe Droid™, Star Wars™: The Empire Strikes Back™ – Keepsake Ornament features a metal rendition of the infamous, spindly armed reconnaissance droid in honor of the 40th Anniversary of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back™. Priced at $35 with a total production run of 3,200.
The Child™, Star Wars: The Mandalorian™ – PXL8® Enamel Pin features a stylized rendition of the lovable, mysterious bounty from the Disney + series The Mandalorian™. At a total production run of 2,500, it will be sold for $8 at most events in limited daily allotments.
Professor Boggart Snape™, Harry Potter™ – Keepsake Ornament depicts the iconic moment when Neville Longbottom imagines the idea of Snape in his grandmother’s clothes to defeat the boggart. Priced at $25 with a total production run of 3,350.
Tribble, STAR TREK TOS: The Trouble with Tribbles – Keepsake Ornament (exclusive 2020 variant) is inspired by the furry little spawning aliens from the Original Series episode, “The Trouble with Tribbles.” It features a different material and color than the version released in stores in 2019. Priced at $25 with a total production run of 3,350.
Deadpool, MARVEL – itty bittys® depicts a stylized rendition of everyone’s favorite chimichanga-eating, unicorn-loving, merc with a mouth, created in specialty packaging with maximum effort! Priced at $15 with a total production run of 2,500.
Ahsoka Tano™, Star Wars: The Clone Wars™ – Keepsake Ornament features the final season version of fan-favorite Jedi, Ahsoka Tano, paired with an armored Clone Trooper helmet of the 332nd Company styled with Togruta facial markings. Available for $40 with a total original production run of 2,000, which was increased in a second run for a total run quantity of 3,500. The quantities listed on the back will reflect this change between runs.
K-2SO™, Star Wars: Rogue One™ – itty bittys® (with sound) features the itty bittys plush styling of Casian Andor’s™ reprogrammed security droid with some of his bluntly honest quips from the film. Available for $15 with a total production run of 2,500.
Boggart Snape and Tribble Keepsake Ornaments will be available March 12-15 at Emerald City Comic Con and continue with the addition of along with The Child-themed enamel pin in March 20-22 at Planet Comicon in Kansas City, Mo. The Imperial Probe Droid Keepsake Ornament and Deadpool itty bittys® will be joining this lineup for Comic-Con® International: San Diego, July 23-26, and continue on to New York Comic Con, October 8-11. A limited amount of the Tribble Keepsake Ornament will be available at the Official Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas, August 5-9. The Star Trek Storytellers Keepsake Ornament Series will launch with Captain Kirk, Security Chief Sulu, and Lt. Uhura as seen in the TOS episode, “Mirror, Mirror.” Each ornament will feature sound from TOS and bases that light when the characters speak. Further, each character-themed ornament tells its own storylines from the episode, and when connected together to a Keepsake Power Cord, they build to a bigger part of the story, each playing off scenes with one another.

Fans were also wowed by the fourth 2020 ornament revelation. The U.S.S. Enterprise Tree Topper lights up and plays the TOS opening monologue, main theme and closing theme. When it’s paired with the characters in the Storyteller Series, the Tree Topper reacts by building a bigger storyline with coordinating sound effects and lights. Taylor and Dilmore also announced that they should expect additional coordinating Star Trek Storytellers Ornaments in the 2021 collection.
