In 2020, the Keepsake Studio Artists will once again be visiting Hallmark Gold Crown stores around the country. Here are the details regarding how to enter the Local Club Contest to win an In-Store Artist Signing Event.

    • Keepsake Artist(s) will travel to your local store for a Friday and Saturday event.
    • Friday night will be a social/dinner experience with the artist and anyone who would like to attend.
    • Saturday will be an artist experience and signing in your local store.

      NOTE:       An exclusive Keepsake artist signing event ornament will be sold in local stores that host an artist signing.

Winning locations will be selected from the Local Club contest submissions and Hallmark Gold Crown store contest submissions for a total of 16 artist signing events spread across 5 regions – West, Midwest, Southwest, Southeast and Northeast during August and September 2020.

NOTE: Local Clubs that submit a contest entry will also be entered into a random drawing for a chance to be featured in an upcoming issue of the KOC newsletter: For Keeps Newsletter.

    • Tell us in a creative way what Keepsake Ornaments and the Keepsake Ornament Club mean to you! Keepsakes believe in traditions, family, the childhood wonder of Christmas, the joy of collecting and the hope of giving. We want to hear and see what Keepsakes means to YOU! The following questions must be answered:
      1. What do you love about Keepsake Ornaments?
      2. How has your Local Club brought you together with each other and with your community?
      3. Tell us how your Local Club shows caring and spreads cheer in your community.
      4. If you were going to throw a Keepsake party, what would it look like?
    • Entries will be judged based on content, creativity and originality.
    • Entries can come in any form. Here are some examples:
      • A document sharing your Local Club’s story, a scrapbook, or a video ….. Use your creativity!
      • If you submit a video, it must be on a thumb drive / jump drive with a USB connection
    • Entries must be postmarked or emailed by December 1, 2019.

    • Winners announced in early 2020.
    • Signing Events will take place August through September of 2020.
    • One contest entry per Local Club
    • Local Clubs must be sponsored by a Hallmark Gold Crown store that actively supports Keepsake Ornaments and is in good standing with Hallmark Cards, Inc.
    • Local Clubs must be active and have a 2019 roster on file with the KOC.
      NOTE: All local club rosters will be reviewed by the KOC for validity and credibility.
    • Contest entries will become the property of Hallmark Cards, Inc.
    • Winning clubs will not be able to request specific artists or dates for their signing. The dates and attending artists will be assigned at the discretion of Hallmark Cards, Inc.
    • Hallmark Cards, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, alter, and/or substitute elements of this contest at any time, including prizes.
    • If your local club created a center piece at the 2019 KOC Convention, your center piece will be taken into consideration.
