Dear KOC Member,

The 2019 KOC Convention is fast approaching and we’ve got some more important information to share with you.

New and Noteworthy: Local Club Centerpieces

Your local club has the chance to show off your local club’s pride by creating a table centerpiece that shares with your fellow collectors what your local club means to you. This is a voluntary chance to let your club’s creativity shine. Centerpieces will be featured on the tables during evening events. No prizes will be awarded, but your club’s participation will be considered as part of your club’s submission for the 2020 Keepsake Artist Signing events.

  • One centerpiece per local club
  • A designated centerpiece contact person from your club
  • Maximum 12 inches long x 12 inches wide x 18 inches high
  • No perishables or open flames please
  • Electrical outlets will not be available
  • Hallmark is not responsible for the safety of your centerpiece
  • Centerpieces need to be dropped off on Thursday, August 8th, from 10am-6pm at the Sheraton hotel (exact location to be communicated closer to convention)
  • Centerpieces will need to be picked up within 30 minutes after the evening event
