Although the 2017 “Happy Halloween!” ornament was excavated in July—revealing a cute mummy in a frightfully fun jack-o’-lantern—true to it’s ancient Egyptian theme, it comes with a bit of mystery.

Hidden within the hieroglyphics is a secret message. No, it’s not a curse but perhaps something more revealing about the mummy.
