Mischievous Kittens (2017)

“The 2017 Mischievous Kittens design features a cat climbing on a wreath, batting at the ribbon. It brings back nostalgic memories of my childhood pet, Figaro.

When I was 5, I received a kitten for my birthday that I named Figaro. (I also had a pet goldfish named Cleo. Can you guess what my favorite movie was at the time?) Figaro was a master at getting into trouble. He liked to climb (and shred) our living room drapes. He enjoyed hiding in the center of our Christmas tree, batting at and breaking ornaments and refusing to come out. He loved using my sisters’ bunk beds as his personal scratching post. Once, he managed to break a glass table completely in half by jumping on it. This years’ design features a naughty kitten climbing up into a Christmas wreath and is a fond nod to Figaro and his silly antics.”
