Ryan Howard

Ryan Howard may be a lefty, but he’s got all the right moves.  The first baseman has been picking up awards since he was a rookie.  In 2006 the St. Louis native won the Mike Schmidt Most Valuable Player Award and was named the Sporting News Player of the Year.  That same season, he was the fastest player in history to reach 100 home runs.  In 2007 the honors continued with his fourth career grand slam an thrilling 505-foot home run.  In 2008 he wowed fans with back-to-back home runs and in 2009 hit the seventh grand slam of his career.  Clearly, this capable champ is just getting started!
