Albert Pujols

Albert Pujols of the St. Louis Cardinals™ is so talented that he plays nearly any field position, but his powerhouse swing has earned him the label “legend in the making.” The unanimous choice for National League™ Rookie of the Year in 2001, Pujols went on to become the first player in MLB™ history to hit at least .300 with 30 home runs, 100 RBI, and 100 runs scored in his first three seasons. In 2003, the MLB Players Association honored him as their Players’ Choice player of the year, as well as the N.L. Outstanding Player. He also received the Hank Aaron and Silver Slugger awards and was elected to the 2003 All-Star Game® team.
