One-of-a-kind pieces created by our Keepsake Artists as well as unique items from our archives will be featured in this year’s charity auction, benefiting the YMCA of Greater Kansas City.

Silent Auction
All silent auction bidding will start at 8 a.m. Central time on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 and will go through 9:30 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021. No bids will be accepted after this time. You will need to be logged into the virtual event to view and bid on the auction items.

  • Once you are logged in, navigate to this silent auction page.
  • From this page, you will click on the item you’re interested in to view more details and place your bid, if you choose, once bidding opens.
  • At the top of the page, you’ll see the current bid and the increment in which the next bid must be made. To view the item’s bidding history, scroll down towards the bottom of the page.
  • If you would like to bid on the item, enter the dollar amount you’re bidding and click the Bid Now button. Please note, you may not retract or change a bid once it’s been placed.
  • To go back to the full listing of silent auction items, follow the link below the product details.
  • Once bidding has closed at 9:30 p.m. Central time on Friday, Dec. 3, you will be able to view the winning bidder from the auction history towards the bottom of the page. You will also be notified by email if you placed the winning bid.
  • If you are the winner of the item, there will be an option for you to add that item to your cart.
  • After you add the item(s) to your cart, you will be prompted to enter your payment information and shipping address. You must complete this checkout process by 12 p.m. Central time on Saturday, Dec. 4. Otherwise, the next bid amount will be honored, and the item will be awarded to that bidder. Please note, Crown Reward points are not awarded for auction item purchases.
  • A member of our team will notify you once your item is ready to ship and confirm your shipping information.
  • You will receive a donation letter from the YMCA of Greater Kansas City for your records.
