Rather than negotiate with Luke Skywalker for Han Solo’s freedom in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi™, Jabba the Hutt unceremoniously dumped Luke into a pit beneath his palace. There, the Jedi Knight battled the corpulent crime lord’s pet Rancor, while Jabba gloated gleefully above. The Hutt’s laughter turned to outrage, however, when Luke ultimately defeated the creature by dropping a massive portcullis door on its head.
