Hauling specialized cargo was no problem for the Norfolk and Western. Thoroughbreds traveled in a special horse car designed to be easily accessible to trackside corrals. Milk transported in a refrigerated milk car arrived to market “farm fresh.” Look for two more cars next year to complete this detailed collection of six miniature ornaments.
