In 2003 the Keepsake Ornament Club hosted five events to showcase Keepsake Ornaments and commemorate their 30th Anniversary.

Registration

Opened: April 1, 2003
Event Fees: $50 per person
NOTE: Unlike previous years, registration packets were not mailed to club members several weeks prior to the event, instead they had to be picked up at the event hotel beginning Friday afternoon.
Although KOC members were allowed to bring a guest, guests were not eligible to purchase exclusive product or receive signatures.
Local Club Dinner Fee: $25 Non-refundable but transferable. (over 5 years old needs a ticket)

All KOC members received five studio artist signatures; that’s more than ever before. Guest attendees were not eligible to receive signatures.

Local Club Photo Frame Display
Local club members were asked to submit an 8 x 10 (or smaller) frame display with a firm hanger.
Photo Frame Display rules:
- Display had to incorporate at least one Keepsake ornament into it’s design.
- Submission had to have individuals name and Local club name somewhere on the piece.
- Submissions were accepted between 4 – 7 p.m. on Friday and returned on Saturday between 1:30 – 3 p.m.
All individuals submitting a Photo Frame Display received a repaint of the “Love Ya, Grandma!” (QXG8917) Keepsake ornament.
Local Club Dinner
Each local club member attending the Friday night dinner received a repaint of the 6th in the “A Pony For Christmas series” Keepsake ornament.
Event Product
Members of Local clubs with 75% of their membership in attendance at the event received two attendee gift bags and an additional artist signing pass for Saturday.
These items were originally available at 5 regional “Art of Keepsakes” events held in the Summer of 2003. After the last event ended, the remaining limited quantities were offered up to club members through a direct mail offer.
