30th Anniversary of Keepsakes
Photo Fame Display

The photo frame display is a special activity planned exclusively for individual local club members who are attending the 2003 30th Anniversary events. This is your chance to show just how creative you are! You must be a 2003 local club member in good standing with your club; a 2003 KOCC member, and attending a 30th Anniversary event. Limit one entry per local club member per city. Local club members are not allowed to bring entries for members not in attendance. The frames will be on display at the exhibit hall in each of the cities you attend and may be picked up Saturday afternoon.

Everyone is a winner! Each local club member who submits a frame for display will receive a participation gift, a specially painted 2003 Keepsake Ornament – Grandma. This ornament is a photo holder, so we figured it was the perfect thank you gift for our local club members who choose to participate in the frame display. It’s the only place you can receive this unique ornament!

All frames must be turned in between 4:00pm and 7:00pm on Friday night before the local club dinner. At that time, each participant will receive a claim ticket and ornament gift. All frames must be picked up from the exhibit hall on Saturday between 1:30 and 3:00pm. Use the claim ticket to pick up your frame. Frames will NOT be available for pick up before 1:30pm on Saturday, Unclaimed frames will be discarded.

The frames must be no larger than 8″ x 10″ and MUST have a secure hanger attached. Frames without hangers will not be accepted. Please make sure your name and local club name are written on the front or back of the frame entry.

You must use Keepsake Ornaments among other decorative items on your frame. All items must be safely secured to the frame. Be sure to include a photo of yourself, your local club, one of your decorating projects or some other appropriate photo in the frame. Security will not be provided and please know that by submitting an entry for display, You are doing so at your own risk.

By participating in the frame display, local clubs and the retail sponsors willingly consent to the use of their local club names and/or member names, photographs and likenesses to be used for promotional or any other purpose without compensation. Have fun creating your entry. We can’t wait to see it!
