Entrees
– Saltimbocca – Roasted chicken breast stuffed with fresh sage, provolone cheese and prosciutto with a roasted garlic sauce, served with fresh seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes ($40)

– Broiled Salmon Filet – Salmon filet with braised leeks, basil-citrus sauce, served with fresh seasonal vegetables and roasted red potatoes. ($40)

– Filet Mignon with Burgundy Sauce – 6-ounce steak topped with a Burgundy sauce, Served with fresh vegetables and roasted red potatoes. ($45)

– Warm dinner rolls and butter

Beverages
– Freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee, Tazo Tea, Iced Tazo and milk

• Anita and Ruth will give a brief presentation and be available to answer questions.
