Terri Steiger takes her time gathering ideas and inspiration. It’s her favorite part of creating Keepsake Ornaments. She loves diving deep into the Hallmark Archives-a treasure trove of vintage cards, design patterns, and gift products from Hallmark’s rich history. The inspiration she finds can influence a design, a story, or sometimes an entire concept. No matter the source, Terri’s ultimate goal is to make sure the meaning behind an ornament always shines through.

Debra Nielsen’s creative career began when a neighbor told her about an interesting freelance opportunity at Hallmark. The idea appealed to the working mom busy raising young kids, and the job became her first opportunity to turn art-which had been a lifelong hobby-into a profession. Ten years later, Debra joined the Keepsake Studio full time. Little did she know when she started as a freelancer that she would still be a Keepsake Artist thirty-three years later.
