Mice Touch

“I wanted to create a very personal little sculpture for all those collectors I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know over the years!

I decided that mice would be the perfect “Little People” for this piece [Although my “People” are also Bears, Bunnies, Raccoons, Chipmunks,Foxes, Beavers and….]

I have always LOVED thinking up ideas and turning the ideas into 3-D personalities and situations….but this time I wanted to be as completely involved as possible…so I set about learning to make flexible molds and casting parts from which to make the painted prototypes. I wanted a SMALL edition [not mass production] so this edition will total 975 pieces[numbered] and my guesstimate is about 125 pieces for each store signing.

This is my first, VERY OWN piece since retiring and I am pleased and excited about the reaction coming from Collectors! Maybe “A Mice Touch” could be the beginning of a series for future store signings!”
