In 1979, when it was re-issued, its name was changed to “New Skates” and 1983 the year the Keepsake Ornaments Collector’s Guide was released it was listed as “Skating Raccoon.”

Features an ice-skating raccoon wearing red mittens and scarf and real metal skates.
