The story of Keepsake Ornaments began in 1973–the year the first collection made its debut. Unlike the plain ball ornaments that were available at the time, Keepsake Ornaments were beautifully decorated, reflecting cherished symbols of the Christmas season. With this simple beginning, a new holiday tradition of ornament collecting was born. Today, Keepsake Ornaments are among the most widely collected in the world. “Frosty Friends” has been created to com- memorate the 20th Anniversary of Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments…20 years of sharing Christmas memories with you. Though not a numbered edition, this ornament will complement all, of the official editions in the “Frosty Friends” Collector’s Series. It was sculpted by Ed Seale, one of the original Keepsake Ornament artists.
