2nd in the series.
“This is the second in series for Rocking Horse Memories. Every year when I’m looking at it for the design of the color and the materials, I’m thinking about that old-world tradition of rocking horses, what they were like for kids 100 years ago. For this ornament, we wanted to do a classic wood-tone runner, and have the actual color of the horse body be real natural, then tie in a darker color with the mane and the tail, and also have a pop of color with the saddle being kind of a golden hue with purples for the blanket cross-stitch fabric, and then, just some pops of red with the florets and also the top of the saddle, having it be traditional but also kind of have my own spin on the design of it to make it more unique, something that the collector can celebrate and have on their own tree.”
