The Joker

A maniacal laugh, an ever present deck of cards, and a frightfully clownish appearance–these are the hallmarks of The Joker, Batman’s archenemy and one of Gotham’s most feared fiends.  Since his first appearance in Batman #1, “The Clown Prince of Crime” and his cadre of criminals have been dealing Batman and Gotham the worst kind of trouble.  With so many villains terrorizing the dark streets of the city, the deck is certainly stacked against the Dark Knight-and the most dangerous “card” of all is…  The Joker.
