I have collected all the decade series ornaments. I put them on a wreath and that wreath gets heavier every year… like a birthday cake with too many candles!! :). Abigail
We don't have that information yet, but just looking at the photo, it appears to be plastic to me. And yes, it's unfortunate they didn't get it out in time for Valentine's Day! Abigail
