• Christmas Market – Discover unique gifts from a variety of vendors—home goods, cozy fashion, giftable chocolates and snacks, and handcrafted treasures for everyone on your “nice list”.
  • Hallmark Christmas Experience 2025 – Hallmark Keepsake Photo Holder Ornament
• Hallmark Holiday Light Shows – Join us every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a dazzling light show! When the switch is flipped, the one-hundred-foot Mayor’s Christmas Tree is illuminated, and the buildings around Crown Center Square come to life with dancing lights, festive music, and unforgettable storytelling. It’s a holiday experience you won’t want to miss!
• Premium Tree Ring — Each weekend night—Friday through Sunday—the Mayor’s Christmas Tree comes to life with a dazzling light show. It all begins with a countdown to flip the switch, illuminating the one-hundred-foot tree in a spectacular display of synchronized lights and music. With access to the exclusive VIP area, you’ll enjoy the best view in the house, and who knows, you might even find yourself a little closer to your favorite Hallmark stars.
• The Tree Overlook Presented by USAA — The Tree Overlook presented by USAA is a NEW public space where all guests can warm up and take in the festive views from a top Crown Center Square (third level). Hot cocoa is available for purchase – perfect for enjoying as you soak in the holiday atmosphere.  The Tree Overlook is open to the public. You do not need to be a USAA member or package holder to enter, but an exclusive area is reserved for USAA members.
• Adopt a Baby Reindeer — The North Pole needs your help! Each newly adopted baby reindeer comes in a reindeer barn gift bag with an activity book, Crayola crayons, and an adoption certificate with your selected name hand lettered by a Hallmark artist. (Located in the Holiday Hallmarket Tent – Saturdays 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Sundays 10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
• Festive Food and Drink (extra fee) – Eat, drink and be merry! Enjoy savory eats, sweet treats, and your favorite holiday drinks as you experience the magic of the Square.
• Light Walk (included with KOC Member Exclusive Package) – Take a stroll through a display of lights.  Plenty of photo-worthy spots await you along the way.
• Hallmark Movie-Thon — Grab your loved ones and indulge in a variety of Hallmark Channel hits in the comfort of our surround sound theater located within the Hallmark Visitors Center. Featured movies and series will rotate daily.  Free to attend, no tickets needed—seating is first come, first served!
• On-Demand Screen Printed T-shirts — Choose from a variety of exclusive designs and watch as a professional screen printer brings your souvenir to life right before your eyes!
• Ice Skating at the Terrace (extra fee) – Continue the ice-skating tradition at Crown Center with the perfect Christmastime backdrop as inspiration.  Hours of operation vary from the Hallmark Christmas Experience on the Square.  Please visit the Crown Center website for additional details.
