Limit one ticket package per KOC member. When purchasing a package, each KOC member will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase one limited edition pre-signed event ornament. While supplies last.

- Christmas Market – At the Christmas Market, you can shop from a variety of vendors, including local Kansas City brands. From home goods to clothing to artisan gifts, you’ll find unique items for everyone on your nice list.
- Holiday Hallmarket – Shop an exclusive assortment of Hallmark gifts and event merchandise, plus find one-of-a-kind creations by Hallmark artists.
- Tree Lighting and Light Shows – Join us for dazzling light shows. The magic begins when special guests flip the switch to light up the one-hundred-foot Mayor’s Christmas Tree then continues throughout the night with light shows and music for the whole family.
- Festive Food Hall (extra fee) – Eat, drink, and be merry! Enjoy savory easts, sweet treats, and your favorite holiday drinks as you experience the magic of the Square.
- Ice Skating at the Terrace (extra fee) – Continue the ice-skating tradition at Crown Center with the perfect Christmastime backdrop as inspiration. Hours of operation vary from the Hallmark Christmas Experience on the Square. Please visit the Crown Center website for additional details.
- Send Some Love: Card Sending Station – One card can make a world of difference. Pick a card or postcard and send holiday wishes to your loved ones right from Hallmark Christmas Experience. You address it, and we’ll take care of the postage.
- Color the Season: Crayola Community Mural – Every shade of merry, every kind of joy. Join your friends and family to add your personal touch to the coloring wall with holiday-inspired Crayola products.
- Capture the Moment: Festive Photo Ops – Making memories bright. Get your phone out to capture unique photo ops throughout the Square.
- Wrapped in Joy: Gift Wrap Station (extra fee) – Make gifts more meaningful. Stop by the gift wrap station, and we’ll box and wrap your gifts with extra merry and a bow on top.
- Light Walk (included with KOC Member Exclusive Package) – Take a stroll through a display of lights. Plenty of photo-worthy spots await you along the way.
