Friday Night Dinner “With the Artists”

Open to the general public. Space is limited.

Festivities Include:

• Dinner (Classic Southern food entirely from scratch – served buffet style)
  – Loveless Fried Chicken -all-natural fresh chicken prepared using the same legendary recipe since 1951.
  – Hot Fluffy Biscuits
• Tom and Orville will give a brief presentation and be available to answer questions.
• Silent Auction

Event Fee: $49.99/attendee

Additional Information:

• Dinner attendees will receive a product voucher (which will guarantee the opportunity to purchase the event exclusive ornament) and a boarding ticket (a signing ticket that grants them priority in the signing line on Saturday morning.)
• Evening Schedule:

  4:00 p.m. – Early check-in for Secondary Market vendors
  4:30 p.m. – Dinner check-in. (Product vouchers & Boarding Tickets with be handed out at check in).
  5:00 p.m. – Venue and secondary market opens
  5:30 p.m. – Buffet opens
  7:00 p.m. – Buffet closes and Program begins
  8:00 p.m. – Program concludes – Secondary Market open, photo opportunity with artists
  9:00 p.m. – Evening concludes

Secondary Market Show

• Prior to and immediately following the dinner there will be secondary market consisting of 11 eight foot tables.
• The secondary market area will be set up in a room off to the side of the dinning area as such participation (both selling/buying) is restricted to dinner attendees.
• Tables are available for $10 per table or $5 for half of a table (4″ section).

Saturday Signing

• Tom and Orville will be available from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. to sign the event piece and any ornaments (past and present) they have created.
• Santa’s Workbench will be available (one per person) while quantities last.
