– Chicken Provençal with Grilled Summer Vegetable and Fresh Mozzarella Biyaldi Whipped Potato with Boursin

– Roasted White Seabass with Gremolata Crumb, Grilled Summer Vegetable and Fresh Mozzarella Biyaldi, Herbed Israeli Couscous and Summer Fennel, Tarragon and Lemon Broth
