– Summer Melon, Watercress, Roasted Peach and Candied Lemon Salad

– Chicken Provençal with Grilled Summer Vegetable and Fresh Mozzarella Biyaldi Whipped Potato with Boursin

– Roasted White Seabass with Gremolata Crumb, Grilled Summer Vegetable and Fresh Mozzarella Biyaldi, Herbed Israeli Couscous and Summer Fennel, Tarragon and Lemon Broth

– Roasted Mushroom, Goat Cheese and Peperonata Tart with Israeli Couscous, Fresh Herbs and Heirloom Tomato Coulis
