In 2007 Hallmark held three events to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club.

Opened: Monday, April 2, 2007 (Noon CST)
Closed: Thursday, May 31 (or sooner if the event sold out.)
Event Fees: Saturday event $40.00 per person*
As a special reward, members who registered by April 16, 2007 were entered in a drawing to have lunch with the Keepsake Artists during the Saturday event. There were five winners selected per city. Winners were notified in their registration packet.
* Each Keepsake Ornament Club member was allowed to register one guest. Registration prices were the same for both KOC members and their guest. Guests were not given artist signing tickets or entered into the prize drawings. Event space was very limited, and on-site registration was not available as it has been in the past.
Local Club Dinner Fee: $35.00 per person (limited to 500 people per event)
Agenda
Costume Contest
Winners of the costume contest received an altered version of the 2000 Local Club Keepsake Ornament and a 1999 AOT Gold-plated Noel R.R. Locomotive miniature.
Decorating Ideas
Collectors were asked to submit (to Hallmark) a picture of a decorating project that incorporated Keepsake ornaments and to indicate which event they planned to attend. The deadline for submissions was June 1st*. (Photographs were not returned.) Hallmark then choose the best 25-30 decorating ideas for each event and notified the winners at the end of June. Winners then brought their decorating project to the event for display. Decorating projects could not be larger than 3 ft. by 3ft. and had to be free standing.
Winners of the Decorating Ideas contest received an signed Maxine’s Merry Chris-mess Keepsake Ornament.
*NOTE: Deadline was later extended to June 22nd.

Collector’s Market
Secondary market dealers could reserve 2-3 tables, at $75.00 per table, in each city. Tables were available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Maximum of 15 tables were available in each city.

Paint Your Own Ornament
Lunch With The Keepsake Artists

Keepsake Live Auction
At the conclusion of each event there was a live auction of one-of-a-kind Keepsake products. Proceeds were donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Local Club Dinner
During the Friday night dinner a slide show presentation commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Keepsake Ornament Club was shown. KOC members was ask to submit pictures from previous KOC events by Friday, June 1st for the slide show. (Photographs were not returned.)
Each local club member attending the Friday night dinner received a repaint of the 10th in series “A Pony For Christmas” Keepsake ornament.
