- One of the many questions asked by collectors of the new KOCC was if they multiple memberships were allowed per person. Pam Brown, head of the KOCC, confirmed that in fact they could have multiple memberships.
- This second national Hallmark Convention was hosted by collectors Ralph and Jane Jarvis.
