These are the days…

What comes to mind when you think about your childhood holiday traditions? If you’re anything like us (and we kinda think you are), you threw yourself with glee into everything that looked like, sounded like, smelled like or felt like Christmas.

And, oh, the anticipation:
How soon can we put up the tree?
When can we make Christmas cookies?
Why can’t we stay up and wait for Santa?
Mom, do you think I’m on the nice list?

Those were the days, right? Anything seemed possible and everything felt magical, from tangled lights and snowball fights to reindeer flights and silent nights. Those really were the days—they tie us to people, places and moments in time that are etched in our hearts forever.

And now, it’s our turn to make the magic. To kick-start the holiday spirit that will fill the next generation with the same sense of childhood wonder we remember so well.
