Trim the Tree Event
(December 3-6)

Get excited for the final ornament event of the season! It’s the perfect time to shop with the whole family and pick out a favorite ornament to commemorate the season. Shop with us in your local Hallmark Gold Crown store or online to pick up a few last-minute Christmas gifts, or find the perfect stocking stuffers. Plus, take advantage of offers available only during the event!

  • Save $5 on Disney ornaments! – Buy 2 or more Disney Keepsake-branded ornaments and save $5. Valid 12/3-12/6.

2021 Local Club Rosters

Mark your calendar for January 11! We will be collecting your 2021 rosters through a survey link, the same way we collected rosters in 2020. You can expect to receive the roster link in your inbox January 11 and the link will be open until March 11. The questions will be very similar to the 2020 link, so you can expect a similar experience in completing the 2021 link! If this is your first time filling out, or if you would like a reminder, please have the following items prepared in order to fill out the link completely:

  1. Local Club Name
  2. Year Local Club Was Started
  3. Local Club President First and Last Name
  4. Local Club President Email
  5. Secondary Club Contact Name (please note, this is optional)
  6. Secondary Club Contact Email (please note, this is optional)
  7. Local Club Store Sponsor Name (if applicable)
  8. Local Club Store Sponsor Account Number (if applicable)
  9. Number of Local Club Members
  10. Number of Local Club Members that are also national KOC Members

2021 Keepsake Event Dates

Mark your calendars for our 2021 Keepsake Ornament release events, where we’ll be releasing over 450 new ornaments from our studio of artists. Remember, if you’re a Keepsake Ornament Club member, you can shop all ornament release events a day before anyone else!

  • Ornament Premiere – July 10-18
  • Ornament Debut – October 2-10

2021 KOC Convention Update from the Keepsake Team

In light of the uncertainty related to the pandemic, we have decided not to host an in-person KOC Convention in Kansas City in 2021. We know many of you enjoy this experience and we have thought long and hard about how to proceed. While this event may look different in the future, we’re excited to bring something new to more of our KOC community in 2021.

Our Keepsake elves are hard at work on a new in-store and online event experience that we think you’ll really enjoy! Starting next year, all KOC members will be invited to receive exclusive access and benefits at our December Keepsake Event. Members can look forward to a new, limited edition ornament collection; virtual Keepsake Artist interactions; signed ornament prizes; opportunities to connect with other Keepsake fans; and so much more. We can’t wait to share the details with you next year, but for now, be sure to join the Keepsake Ornament Club beginning 11/10/2020 to kick start your membership and unlock access to this exciting new event.
