Hangin’ WITH YOUR BUDDIES (Registration Opens)

Registration for Hangin’ WITH YOUR BUDDIES, the 2013 national Keepsake Ornament Club event begins at noon Central Time.
Have this information ready when you register

There are a few items you will want to have handy before you start the registration process:

• Your KOC member number
• Crown Rewards number for product purchases
• The name and STATE of your Local Club (this will be used to register for the dinner). Please, double check the Local Club you are choosing as many have similar names.
• Your name and address
• Your contact phone number
• Your e-mail address (required for confirmation of registration)
• Credit card and expiration for payment – MasterCard, Visa or Discover only

To complete your registration quicker, you will want to make some decisions before registration opens:

• What artists groups will you choose?
• What times would you like your artist signings? You’ll be able to choose one group and time on Friday and another group and time on Saturday. It will be very helpful to have multiple options in case your first choice is full. Once you make your choice and register, you will not be able to change.
• Do you want to purchase the product in advance online? This will be your only opportunity to pre-purchase event product. You will only be able to purchase a package.
• Will you be attending the Local Club Dinner on Friday? If so, have the name and STATE of your local club handy (attendance is limited).
• You will receive TWO confirmation e-mails. One will confirm your registration for the event and the other will confirm your payment. Make sure you keep both of these!
