A precursor to the Imperial TIE fighter, Anakin’s Jedi starfighter is equipped with long guns in front of the cockpit and an astro- mech droid port, occupied by the ever reliable R2-D2. Sections of the ship have been painted yellow, while others retain an untouched metallic finish reminiscent of Anakin’s very first combat experience in a Naboo fighter.

Featured in the opening sequence of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, the Jedi Starfighter combines blazing speed and lethal maneuver-ability as Anakin races high above Coruscant with his friend and mentor, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.
