2018 KOC Memberships
Enrollment for 2018 will close on 10/31/18. Please encourage your Local Club members to sign-up or renew their 2017 KOC Membership by 10/31/18. They can do so by visiting your local Hallmark store, by visiting www.hallmark.com/KOC or by calling 1-800-Hallmark.
2019 Keepsake Ornament Club Convention
What was that? The tiniest whiff of peppermint? The faintest sound of sleigh bells? A split second of a frosty breeze? It’s coming. Can you feel it? It’s the Keepsake Ornament Club Convention. Your chances to connect with your fellow collectors make new friends; get to know your favorite artists and more.
Save the Date! We cannot wait to see you! August 8-10, 2019 in Kansas City! Registration information will be coming in early 2019. But don’t worry; we have blocked hotel rooms already at our convention location. We’re getting our new website up and running so you can register for the convention and your hotel room! We will send you all an email when the website is ready for booking hotel rooms and registering for the KOC Convention.
Free Local Club Members Ornament
The 2018 FREE Local Club ornament; Teensy Nutcracker by Tracy Larsen will mail to store sponsors and/or Local Club Presidents in mid-October for you to pass along to your Local Club members. This ornament is an exclusive gift from the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club, in sincere appreciation. Ornament quantities were based on the Local Club Rosters submitted in the first quarter of 2018. Due to several updates from Local Clubs we delayed updating Hallmark.com however; Hallmark.com will be updated this week. The 2018 Artist Signing Events have begun. Whether you are hosting an event or attending one, please be sure to share some pictures and great stories with us at the KOC to be featured either on Keepsake Community or in later issues of the For Keeps newsletter.
Games/Activities
To help you host your Holiday Local Club meetings we have created a fun little Keepsake Ornament game for your Local Club Members and stores. Enjoy!
- Keepsake Ornament Fill-in-the-Blank and Find the Match the Artist: This game can be played anywhere with groups or individually. Have fun discovering which artist created some of our 2018 Keepsake Ornaments. See if you can complete it WITHOUT the Dream Book in hand in a limited amount of time. If played in a group setting – give prizes to the winners and consolation prizes to all those who play.
