2018 KOC Online and Phone Enrollment Date has Changed

Hallmark needs a little more time to get your Dream Book and other exclusive goodies ready to ship in your 2018 Keepsake Dream Box. Because of this, we will now be opening online and phone enrollment starting Monday April 16th, at 9:00am CT. Over the next couple of weeks, KOC Members will be receiving the March issue of For Keeps that contains the 2018 KOC Renewal Application. Please let your Local Club Members know that they can still mail in their KOC renewal form to the KOC or submit the form to their local Hallmark Gold Crown store before April 16th.

After the applications are fully processed by the KOC we will begin shipping the new 2018 Membership Cards and Keepsake Dream Box that includes the KOC exclusive Dream Book. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to begin enjoying all of the added benefits that this year’s membership will offer! Here are a few other important updates we want you to know about:

  • We are extending the date for KOC Product Shop Bonus Points through May 20, 2018 to allow you plenty of time to take advantage of 250 Crown Rewards Bonus Points for each Product Shop item purchased after joining!
  • We have added a promotion that we hope you take advantage of – Save $5 when you join or renew your KOC membership online and purchase one or more KOC Product Shop ornaments at the same time!

We are missing a few Local Club Rosters!

Thank you for submitting your 2018 Local Club Rosters.  As of today we received 286 Local Club Rosters for 2018.  This leaves approximately 100 Local Club Rosters still unaccounted for.  The KOC will be sending emails to these Local Club Presidents and Store Sponsors (if applicable) to confirm if the Local Club is still active.  If you are receiving this email and still need to submit your roster to the KOC or have not received a confirmation email from the KOC, please email your Local Club roster to [email protected].
