Local Club Rosters
Thank you to everyone that has submitted their Club rosters! You should have received a confirmation of receipt. If you don’t remember receiving one, don’t worry! We will be reaching out to any Local Club Presidents we don’t have rosters from to ensure we’ve collected all the information for this year. We are currently processing the rosters and will be updating our Hallmark.com Local Club resource soon. We will be confirming that update for Local Club presidents upon completion.
KOC Team Changes
Every year we look for ways to improve our approach to membership benefits and customer care for the Keepsake Ornament Club. We have made changes to our team that we would like you to know about. To ensure that we are giving you the best quality care experience possible, we have expanded our Customer Care team to support our KOC Members. Instead of one KOC Manager, you will now have a dedicated team of KOC experts helping respond to your questions and creating resolutions to any issues. This team will be monitoring and supporting our 1-800-Hallmark (1-800-425-5627) care line, our [email protected] email inbox and will keep a close eye on Keepsake Community conversations. Beyond the Care Team, we also have several Keepsake team members that support the KOC program, from product design to Keepsake Community to Club exclusive communications.
So, what does this mean for you?
- 1-800-Hallmark (1-800-425-5627) will be the primary place for you and your club members to ask questions, place orders, and make us aware of any issues. This group is available 7 days per week.
- Local Club rosters and questions should be sent to [email protected]. Emails will be answered by our Keepsakes experts on weekdays. We will also be sending all Local Club communications from here as well.
Our KOC members are extremely important to the Hallmark family and these changes and improvements are designed to better support your needs. Thank you for your patience as we have transitioned our team.
2019 KOC Program

While it may feel different than years past, the changes were designed to bring you more exclusive benefits that don’t just start and stop at your initial purchase.
- This year, club members will get to take advantage of more member-only rewards than ever through exclusive emails, quarterly mailings and store gifts. And, don’t forget that the FREE gift for Local Club members will be distributed based on National Club member enrollment.

2019 KOC Exclusive Ornaments
(Available April 1st)
- Two KOC exclusive ornaments will be available to purchase starting April 1st and throughout the year, while supplies last on Hallmark.com, in-store or by calling 1-800-Hallmark (1-800-425-5627). And more exclusives will be available in July!

2018 Special Promotion

Did we say 2018? Yes! We are excited to announce a first-time-ever promotional offer to our 2019 KOC Members. On April 1st the KOC is bringing back a 2018 KOC Exclusive ornament favorite! All 2019 KOC members will have the option to purchase the 2018, KOC Exclusive Christmas Window, while supplies last on Hallmark.com only. There are no pre-orders for this ornament, quantities are limited. So if you missed it, here’s your chance to purchase and complete your beloved Christmas Window series.
2019 Keepsake Ornament Club Convention
Registration is now open to attend this year’s Keepsake Ornament Convention! Don’t miss your chance to connect with your fellow collectors, make new friends, get to know your favorite artists, have access to exclusive convention ornaments, and special activities through the event. The magic happens August 8-10, 2019 in Kansas City. The convention is expanding with events at both the Westin and Sheraton hotels at Crown Center. You will need to be a 2019 KOC member to register! When you receive your Dream Book, you’ll notice that we originally planned on beginning Gift of Memories on December 2nd. We’ve decided to push the start date of our big December event back just one day as we know a bunch of you will be busy shopping for Christmas gifts on Cyber Monday, which falls on December 2nd.
We’re changing Gift of Memories up this year by expanding the event beyond a weekend. We encourage you to bring your kids, grandkids, and/or friends to our event to help start a new ornament shopping tradition for someone else. Look forward to a future Club communication for more details about a special Local Club contest we will be adding that could land you a photo in a printed Keepsake publication!
