2022 Local Club Rosters

Just like in 2022, we are collecting your 2023 rosters through a survey link. The link is currently open and will remain open until March 27, 2023, at 11:59pm CT. Please note, upon successful completion of the survey, you will be directed to a landing page which will include a red check mark and state: “Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Please accept this message as confirmation that your Local Club roster was successfully submitted and received.

The questions are very similar to the questions you answered in 2021 and 2022, so you can expect a similar experience in completing for 2023. If this is your first time filling out, or if you would like a reminder, please have the following items prepared to fill out the roster link completely:

  1. Local Club Name
  2. Year Local Club Was Started
  3. Local Club President First and Last Name
  4. Local Club President Email
  5. Secondary Club Contact Name (please note, this is optional)
  6. Secondary Club Contact Email (please note, this is optional)
  7. Number of Local Club Members
  8. Number of Local Club Members that are also national KOC Members
  9. Local Club Store Sponsor Name (if applicable)
  10. Local Club Store Sponsor Account Number (if applicable)

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding the question: “Does your Local Club have a Gold Crown Store Sponsor?” If your local club does have a store sponsor, please select “Yes.” This will then allow the roster link to “open” the two additional questions associated with your store sponsor – “Local Club Store Sponsor Name” and “Local Club Store Sponsor Account Number.” If your local club does not have a store sponsor, please select “No.” Selecting no will not cause the form to “open” the two additional questions mentioned above.

In addition to the above, there will also be a few questions about how often and where your local club usually meets!

Mark your calendars for the 2023 Keepsake Ornament Premiere & Ornament Debut release events! Remember, KOC members are invited to shop and purchase ornaments in Gold Crown stores a day before anyone else!

2023 50th Anniversary Celebration In-Store Events

You won’t want to miss our upcoming 50th anniversary celebration in-store events, featuring exciting giveaways and raffle prizes! Plus, Keepsake Ornament Club members are invited to an exclusive artist event the evening before. We are so excited to share with you our Keepsake 50th Anniversary Celebration event dates, cities where the in-store parties will be held, and artists attending each party

  • July 22nd – 50th celebration open to all. Event attendees will be allowed to have up to four ornaments from the 2023 line signed by attending artists.

2023 Keepsake Dream Book

We CANNOT wait to share the new line up of Keepsake Ornaments with you!

The Keepsake team is putting the final touches on the 2023 Keepsake Dream Book as you read this! KOC members, don’t forget! As a benefit of KOC membership, you will receive your Dream Book in your Dream Box! Beginning in April 2023, Dream Books begin shipping to you inside your membership gift, the Dream Box.

Here’s what to expect from the Dream Book this year:

Just like last year, your 2023 Dream Book will include larger images of the ornaments with detailed product copy right below the image. If you’d like to see further ornament details, be sure to visit Hallmark.com and search by the ornament title and/or stock number. Beginning April 14 th, we will have additional ornament images, videos, and details available for you to view on Hallmark.com. The book will still include little check boxes to serve as a fun way to check off every ornament on your List before filling out the actual Wish List. Just like last year, Wish Lists can be filled out in the physical copy included with your Dream Book, or on Hallmark.com/WishList.

Curious how the Wish List works? Check out all the details below!

1. Choose your ornaments! Note which ornaments you want in the Dream Book. Find them on the Wish List and mark how many of each you want.

2. Turn in your Wish List! Visit Hallmark.com/WishList or bring your paper Wish List, with your contact information on back, to your local Hallmark Gold Crown store. If you need to make changes to your Wish List after submitting, simply contact your local store.

3. Pick up your ornaments! Your Hallmark Gold Crown store will have your ornaments bagged and ready for you on each availability date.

Throughout the Dream Book, there will be links to Hallmark.com where you can see more close ups of each ornament and even watch videos that feature Keepsake artists chatting more about the inspiration and magic of each design.
