This repainted version of the 1998 Noel R.R.–Locomotive 1989-1999 miniature ornament was issued in limited quantities and first available at the 1999 Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club events.

Additionally it was given as a contest prize* at the 2007 Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club events.
