What Christmas Is All About

The holidays wouldn’t be the same without A Charlie Brown Christmas.  Since its premiere Dec. 9, 1965, the Emmy-winning TV special has become a cherished tradition in millions of homes around the globe.  Year after year, viewers are drawn to the simple story of Charlie Brown and his search, amid the season’s hype and hoopla, for the meaning of Christmas.  It is near the end of the special, when Linus recites the biblical account of the Baby’s birth, that we truly learn “what Christmas is all about.”
