The Sneetches

Have you met the Sneetches? A tall yellow lot.
Some have stars on their bellies, while others do not.
And because of this truth, they argue, they’re mean.
Until a man named McBean turns up with a machine.
For a not so small fee, they can all have a star!
Finally they’re equal, all stars upon thars!
The Star-Bellies won’t have it, they squabble and fight.
But when you can’t tell who’s who, you can’t tell who’s right.
So together they’ll end this terrible feud…
they’ll start being kinder, and stop being rude.
They’ll join in friendship, living life on the beach.
