Anita Marra Rogers started painting when she was nine years old, but she didn’t really find her artistic niche until she began sculpting. “Everything in life and nature is three-dimensional,” she says. “That’s exactly what I want my Keepsakes to be–more realistic, more lifelike, and more fun!”

When he creates Keepsake Ornaments, Rodney Gentry takes his biggest cues from nature. “The way wood weathers on a dock–how it saturates, dries, and cracks. The way birds’ wings move in flight vs. when they land. Nature does a lot of organic engineering, and I try to model that in my Keepsake work.”
