Friday Night Dinner “With the Artist”

  • Dinner (buffet style)
    • Salad – Organic Arugula with Goats Beard Farm Chévre, late summer tomatoes, fire roasted onions and candied Missouri pecans.
    • Braised organic chicken with fenugreek-chipotle tomato sauce.
    • Lemon scented mixed grain pilaf with herbs.
    • Late summer carrots with verbena & honey glaze.
    • Braised beef sirloin with red wine-wild mushroom gravy.
    • Spice roasted seasonal organic vegetables
    • Individual chocolate cakes
    • Cash bar available.

Notes:  Location is across the street from Carrie’s Hallmark.  Event to be held upstairs.  Handicap accessible parking in back of location.  Carrie’s Hallmark will be open during the dinner.

Saturday Signing

  • Edythe will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to sign the event piece and any ornaments or products (past and present) she has created.
