Smoked Bar-B-Que Brisket – Smoked on the pit at the perfect temperature. Chefs carve and serve thick juicy slices. Don’t forget the homemade BBQ Sauce.

Grilled Boneless Breast of Chicken – Marinated & Lightly Seasoned in Special South West Seasoning

Can’t make a choice?  Please feel free to help yourself to all three meat’s.

Saturday Signing

• Artist will be available for signing  from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Although individuals will be limited to two signatures per pass through the line, attendees are invited to go through the line as many times as time will allow.
