Open to the general public. Registration is limited and is on a first come, first served bases.

Mixed Green Salad – mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, croutons (will be brought to the table first)

Entrees
– Chicken Bruschetta – Sauteed chicken breasts topped with diced tomato, garlic and Parmesan
– Pork Tenderloin Shoulder with Marsala Sauce
– Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Flounder with Lobster Sauce
– Vegetarian Option (available upon request) – Sautéed Squash, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese

Side Dishes
– Vegetables, Starch

– Lemon Layered Cake – lemon cake with lemon curd and frosting

Additional Information:

• CORRECTION: Unlike previously reported, we will NOT be giving out signing tickets and product vouchers to those who attend the dinner the night before the event. Signing tickets and product vouchers will NOT be handed out until the morning of the event.

Saturday Signing

• The main mall entrance doors (between Annabelle’s and Buffalo Wild Wings) will open at approximately 8:00 a.m. Jan’s is located between the center of the mall and Belk, across from the Shoe Dept.
• Signing time tickets and product vouchers will be handed out, to those in line, just prior to the store opening. (limit one of each per person.)
• Store will open at approximately 9:45 a.m. for event product purchases only.
• Joanne will be available from 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to sign the event piece and any ornaments or products (past and present) she has created.
• Although individuals will be limited to two signatures per pass through the line, attendees are invited to go through the line as many times as time will allow.

NOTE: Fifty-five (55) signing tickets will be issued for each 30-minute time slot.

Activities: (throughout the day)

• Register-to-win prizes will be given away during the signing. All attendees are invited to place their names in for the drawings.
