Local Club Display
Hallmark set-up tables in the event hotel lounges and allowed four local clubs (one per table) to create a display(using their scrapbooks, awards, community service information, decorating projects and local club pins) to showcase their club. Local club members were required to man the tables for the entire event.
Local Club Dinner
The program for the dinner included a “Town Hall” format and feature questions for the signing artists and KOC staff. Each Local club was allowed to submit two questions (attached to the dinner reservation form) that they’d like to have considered to be answered at the local club dinner.
Each local club member attending the Friday night dinner received a repaint of the 8th in the “A Pony For Christmas series” Keepsake ornament.
