In a nation of penguins whose soul mates are discovered through the song that each penguin sings, what is a tone-deaf penguin to do? But young Mumble has another gift–he’s the most amazing tap dancer. The stodgy elders of the Emperor nation are convinced that Mumble’s “happy feet” are scaring all the fish away.
