Happy National Friendship Day! In celebration of the day, we are highlighting the upcoming “Friends” ornament. Available at Ornament Debut beginning October 3. We also take a look back at a scene from 1996 to see how Keepsakes contributed to the popular television sitcom.
 
In 1996 Hallmark sent the producers of “Friends” a selection of Keepsake Ornaments. The designs selected fit each of the personalities of the show’s main characters. Can you figure out which ornament(s) best represents each character? Post your guesses in the comment section below. Also, we will give extra credit to anyone that can identify the eighth ornament shown in the scene. Hint; it is the one in the maroon box towards the back of the greenish storage container.

Keepsakes Star on “Friends!”

Rumor has it that several Keepsake Ornaments may be featured on the hit television program, “Friends.” Although the air date and script is kept “top secret” by the network, the ornaments would be shown during the show’s holiday episode. Hallmark sent the producers a selection of ornaments chosen to fit the personalities of the show’s main characters. Stay tuned!

UPDATE: The “Friends” episode referred to as “The One Where Rachel Quits,” first aired December 12, 1996. It featured 8 Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments.
