Indian Ring-Necked Parakeet
Edythe Kegrize Keepsake Artist Edythe Kegrize made Hallmark history in 1998 as the first recipient of the company’s Barbara Marshall Award. The award, created to honor the daughter of Hallmark founder J.C. Hall, recognizes the spirit and ability within Hallmark’s creative community. During her six-month sabbatical, Edythe created a series of dolls that demonstrated her talent for figurative work and surface design–and earned her a spot in the Keepsake Studio. Emma Leturgez-Smith Hallmark Keepsake Artist Emma Leturgez-Smith learned to love art as a child when her grandmother, a stellar painter, gave her art supplies as a gift. Emma left her hometown at 18 to go to art school, where she discovered a love of sculpting—leading he to Hallmark and the Keepsake Studio. Now an official studio member, she can’t wait to share her fun and festive style with ornament enthusiasts everywhere.
